We reserve the right to combine small classes that meet on the same day. This may shift class times. Notification will be given as late as 1pm on the day of the class.

Studio protocols
We are so excited to get started with you! Obviously we need to explain our Summer Protocols so that you can make a comfortable decision for your family. So here we go! There are limited spaces available in our classes!
Drop-off/Pick-up
When dropping off students please walk them in and out. This is a safety matter so that we know that only YOU or someone you have deisgnated has physical custody of your child. If someone else is picking up your child, please letus know their first/last name and we will check their ID.
Studio Protocols

You are welcome to remain in the lobby during the class. No strollers please.

Please be prepared to show ID as we prefer to give your children to the right person. This is a safety matter.

Please keep toys and games at home as we will be busy dancing and having fun!

Please leave jewelry at home to avoid breaking it during class.

Please keep food and drinks OUT of the lobby. This includes snacks, toddler snacks, fruit juices, sippy cups, gogurts. No food and drink means ZERO. We thank you for keeping our lobby clean for others.

Please wrap up your diapers and food in your purse so that food and diapers don't rot away in our garbage that is only taken our 1-2 times per week.

Please be on-time for pick-up as our instructors often have jobs elsewhere.

Please be mindful of other drivers in the parking lot. We understand that the spaces are tight. Please show each other some grace.

All children must be wrangled and behaved by you or your designated guardian.
Bags
Each dancer should bring a bag to class. Bags should be labeled with your dancer's last name. Water and dance shoes should be the only things inside your dancer's bag. Toys must be kept at home.
Withdrawal - based on sudden illness
If your dancer is please notify GCAPA by phone, text, or email. By supplying a doctor's note, your account will be credited with the tuition amount to be used by August 2026. We understand that illness cannot always be prevented, however our classes are staffed based on the number of dancers scheduled to be in attendence.
