2025 GCAPA Christmas Performance Troupe
Christmas is one of the most exciting times at GCAPA!! EVERYONE is invited to participate. In one way or another! The planning begins in August, the Dress Rehearsal is the first weekend in November and then the performances begin! As many or as few as you like, kids of all ages have 4-6 opportunities to perform with their peers in real costumes (rented) and for large audiences with free admission. Join us in a private Band group made just for the GCAPA Christmas Performance Troupe! Think you might be interested? Read on....
Fee: Stars and Sparkles pay per routine: 1st-$40, 2nd-$30, 3rd-$30. Unlimited performances.

How It Works
1. Sign up for all the dates you choose to perform by registering via the link in your handbook.
2. Non-refundable costume rental fee is charged on 11/1. Dress Rehearsal is on November 1st.
3. Attend your timeslot. Check out the Google Christmas Calendar (links provided) to see what day and time you and your Star/Sparkle will travel from studio to studio to receive and sign-out a costume,
take pictures and run their routine in costume. Men are not permitted at the Dress Rehearsal.
4. Attend the events as they happen. Attend some or all events.
Note: Fee is only paid once. All routines are learned in class!
5. Buy tickets to the Spectacular held in December at Mooresville PAC.
Dancers who wish to perform in the Spectacular must perform in at least one outdoor festival.
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: November 1
****Please note that Performance Troupe has NOTHING to do with the Christmas Parade as they are two entirely separate activities.****
All Performances are appx 30 minutes long,
with a 30 minute Call Time

Date: Saturday, November 22nd
Event Time: 2:00-7:00pm
Performance Time: 3:30pm
Call Time 3:00pm
Sparkles, Stars and Silhouettes
Each Level will perform 1-2 routines.
Silhouettes will perform 2.
Huntersville Christmas @ Ice House
Date: Saturday, December 6
Event Time: All day
Performance Time: 7:00pm
Call Time: 6:30pm
This is the same day as the Parade. Parade ends at 3pm.
Each Level will perform 1-2 routines.
Silhouettes will perform 2.
